By using "SmartClean" ("Application"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement"). This Agreement applies to all users ("you" or "Member"). Unless amended or modified, this Agreement will remain in effect while you are a User, Subscriber, or Member. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Application.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Registration and participation in the Application are restricted to individuals over 18 years of age, emancipated minors, or those who possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties outlined herein. By registering or participating in services or functions on the Application, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or have legal parental or guardian consent and have the authority to enter into the terms outlined in this Agreement. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Application is not intended for use by children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use the Application.

The Application is designed to optimize and clean your device. SmartClean uses unique algorithms to help locate and remove system junk files, duplicates, and other unnecessary data. All data provided by the Application is intended as guidance only. By using the Application, you acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided are made at your own discretion and risk. SmartClean and its developers are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your reliance on the information provided. The site and the services offered by the Application are provided "as is" without any warranty. Our developers make every effort to provide helpful and accurate information, but this information should not replace professional advice, whether from medical professionals or other expert counselors. While we update our Application regularly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect results.
RIGHT OF MODIFICATION

Under no circumstances will SmartClean be liable to any Subscriber, non-Subscriber, Member, or non-Member regarding the use of this service. The use of the Application is at your own risk. Neither SmartClean nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors, and/or other affiliates guarantee that any services provided will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not make any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the content, services, or products offered through the Application. We also do not guarantee that our site or emails will be free of viruses or harmful components.
We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
MODIFICATION TO PRICES OR BILLING TERMS
SmartClean reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products or services, effective immediately upon posting on the site, the Application, or by email notification.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to provide services. SmartClean reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
